You'll want to include Gaia's toys by Rebecca Ore, and The White Queen by Gwynneth Jones. I reviewed Ore's book along with Nagata's Bohr Maker at http://www.wenet.net/~kwriter/Public/SFReview/Reviews/Bohr.htm Haven't reviewed the White Queen yet, I'm still digesting it.
