Unfortunately, I have yet to be published.  [Graduate school costs 
time.]  I haven't really considered possibilities other than hardcopy.  
IF there was a way to program a web link to allow viewing but not 
downloading [I'm somewhat possessive, and I haven't verified this yet], 
I'd consider a personal Web page.  [UNIX isn't really that flexible....]
Chapters tend to evolve, anyway.  There's the key idea, and then there's 
all the twists that bring it to realism.
