Just about anybody in a competitive university would qualify,
especially graduate students. I would qualify based on my GRE.
I took a 'Mega-Test' a few years ago, which would qualify me for
some "Top 0.1%" society. I just took the test out of curiosity,
but didn't join the society. Nor am I in Mensa.
