The obvious solution is just to stop responding to his posts; he's
getting plenty of attention, why should he go away or change? Like
the newsgroup-spamming Meowers, he's gloating that he can get so much
time directed to his dung. Why buy in?
Obviously this post is, sidreally, buying in, too, but I allow myself
one gloat a year, on Christmas Eve. :)
