Actually, I didn't have any particular governmental form in mind. I was
improvising it to have traits consistent with the [authorially designed]
Iskandran Badgers' psychology. They are instinctively intolerant of
unstable governmental forms--such as anything with identifiable
persons whose assassination creates major governmental dysfunction.
This implies something anarchic [as in "not a conventional governmental
form".]
I'd like to see how Drakir interprets the above text.
Examples of such unstable governmental forms: All nations I've heard of in
the recorded history I've read.
I have no idea about whether they're capitalist or socialist. [I know
the basics for their economic system; that doesn't help.]
