virus: God or Other Source

In today's news from Poland I found an interesting excerpt from a proposed
new (post-communist) constitution (my translation):

"We, the Polish Nation - all citizens, those who believe in God, a source of
truth, justice, goodness, and beauty, as well as those who do not share that
faith, and draw those universal values from other sources"...

"Virus of the Mind" will be published in Poland in May. Do you think it
will be considered anti-constitutional?
