Defection from the cooperative alliance. And to do just that (sorry Dan)
I'm not sure it's broad enough for there must have been cooperation in
order to have defection. I'm thinking more of the stubborn individuals
we run across occasionally who'd rather die than cooperate at all. I've
just looked up 'uncooperative' in my trusty Concise Oxford and I find...
'not cooperative'. So it seems that even the Oxford scholars are
buggered if they can think of a better word for it.
