I think narrowly targeting important vectors is a much more efficient than
trying to convert the whole of the population (advertising). Sort of like
the difference between "surgical strikes" (hell of a meme-comstruct, BTW)
and carpet bombing.
A campaign to make more *teachers* aware of Memetics seems in order.
