I would say rather that mind maps out physical reality, which has no
inherent properties. All things we call "properties" are labels we put on
the stuff out there.

You've defined faith in a way that makes it very difficult to discuss. In
essence you are saying that faith is stupidly believing false things. I
know that's not how you phrase it, but that's what keeps seeping out. If
you dispute that, give me an example where someone could have faith in
something and it would be neither stupid nor false.
