Your questions are confused. Level 2 is a state. If you want to talk about
states causing things, I suppose we can bend our thinking in that way, and
the answer would probably be yes, but it wouldn't be the point of view I
would take.

My book GETTING PAST OK is all about making the transition from Level 2 to
Level 3. To answer your last question honestly, no, I don't think it's
possible to have an extremely fulfilling and enjoyable life in Level 2, but
it is certainly possible to give that impression to other Level-2ers. This
is based on my personal experience with hundreds of people I have worked
with in personal-growth seminars. I don't know how you could create a
scientific experiment to measure quality of life that would satisfy an
arbitrary level of skepticism.
