All this bicameral stuff is in reference to Julian Jaynes' little volume
entitled 'The Origin of Consciousness in the Breakdown of the Bi-Cameral
Mind', and while my copy still resides on my bookshelf, and it is still an
interesting hypothesis, it is merely that.
I recommend it however.
