I can't help but draw parallels with that story and "Brave New World"...
and with our local level 3 prophet!

So right... the very act of free thinking is an act of constantly
destroying yourself in the never ending pursuit of Truth... sacrificing
yourself to attain the ever illusive Holy Grail.

I shy away from the word, but this really is "UNBELIEVABLE"... I never
suspected this kind of thing behind the entire Church... just the mere
possibility that this could be the way it was amazes me.
