The interesting thing about explicating our common beliefs
is it depends on who "we" are, that is, the shared beliefs
of the church depends on who is considered to be part of
the church. But, likewise, the membership of the church of
the church depends on what the core beliefs of the church
are. This mutual dependency will likely cause some initial
instability, especially since both sets (members and core
beliefs) are going to be of relatively small size, but
hopefully will settle down to one strange attractor or
another.
Any ideas on how to proceed?
